Who We Are

Who We Are

The Temi-Efe Foundation (TEF) is a nonprofit organization committed to developing children and teenagers during their formative years, equipping them with literacy skills, vocational skills, and exposure needed to transition confidently into adulthood.

Rooted in Delta State, we work to bridge educational and opportunity gaps that limit long-term potential, particularly for youngminds from communities where access to structured support and exposure is limited. We believe that intentional impact during formative years builds brighter futures and stronger communities.

Through our three-pillar framework of Education, Vocational Skills, and Meaningful Opportunities, we design programs and initiatives that strengthen academic foundations, promote hands-on skill development, build confidence, and create guided pathways for real-world learning and growth.

While our work is currently focused in Delta State, our long-term vision is to expand across the Niger Delta region in a sustainable and structured manner.

At the core of TEF is a commitment to dignity, equity, inclusion, independence, and stewardship. We believe every child deserves structured support, equitable access, and the opportunity to build an independent and meaningful future regardless of background.
