Annette Temi-Efe is an entrepreneur and social innovator from Delta State. She grew up in the heart of Warri, a chapter that shaped a deep awareness of the structural gaps facing children and teenagers in her community.
Guided by a commitment to long-term, systems-driven impact, Annette founded the Temi-Efe Foundation to establish structured pathways that expand access to quality education, practical skills, and meaningful opportunities for children and teenagers across Delta State.
She approaches social impact with an entrepreneurial mindset, combining strategy, innovation, and compassion to design initiatives that are measurable, scalable, and built for sustainability. Her leadership is rooted in the conviction that every child, regardless of background, deserves equal opportunity, structured support, and the exposure necessary to reach their full potential.
Annette holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, Economics & Law from the University of Arizona. Her academic background informs the structured, policy-aware, and systems-oriented approach that guides the Foundation’s work.
Her long-term vision is to see young minds across the Niger Delta region equipped with the knowledge, tools, confidence, and structured opportunities needed to thrive and become catalysts for progress within their communities and beyond.
